Finishing

As one of the final steps in our production process, all printed material created by Portland Color can then be either mounted and/or laminated. Such treatment will give your prints a professional finished look.

Equipment: 2 Seal Image 600 mounting/laminating presses
AGL 64T mounting/laminating press
OCE Sharpcut 50 Digital trimmer/cutter
Striebag 4164 Compact Trak wall mounted panel saw

Mounting substrates: Gatorfoam, Sintra, Foamcore, Styrene, .040 cardboard,
Plexiglas, DiBond, magnetic material

Laminates: Gloss, matte, luster laminates, Lexan, dry erase material, non-skid floor laminates.

Finishing: Easels, adhesive tapes, hemming and grommets for banners, die cutting, Velcro, hole punching, hanging hardware

Ideal uses: Point-of purchase displays, tradeshow panels, lightboxes, institutional signage, cashwraps, store graphics, presentation materials and corporate events.

Fulfillment

For large projects that require shipping to multiple locations we provide a host of fulfillment services. We manufacture custom crates and boxes for delicate shipments, and handle many logistical details including tracking, delivery verification, contracting with common carriers and determining best ship methods with regard to cost and efficiency.
