Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, disk, tape or other
material to Portland Color for processing, printing or other handling
constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company,
subsidiary, divisions or agents will only entitle you to a replacement
with a like amount of unexposed film, processing, disk, tape or other
material. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film,
print, slide negative, tape, disk, or other material is without warranty
or liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages
is excluded. Dyes used in color materials, like other dyes, may change
over time. These products, therefore, will not be warrantied against
any change in color or saturation. Prices and services are subject
to change without notice. Portland Color will not be responsible for
orders left over 30 days. In addition, Portland Color is not responsible
for artwork and other original materials submitted for any purpose.
It is your responsibility to insure them for their full value any
time they leave your possession. Should the original material involve
high origination costs, this must be declared in writing at the time
the original materials are delivered and then accepted by an officer
of Portland Color, indicated by a signature.
