Scanning

To begin the digital output process, all materials must be scanned and corrected. Portland Color achieves this by using two different scanners in combination to capture a wide range of materials. All of our scans can be burned to CD or DVD for your convenience or placed on our FTP site for pickup.

Equipment: Durst Sigma high speed film scanner, Scitex Eversmart Pro flatbed scanner

Maximum Resolution: 4000 dpi for the Durst Sigma, 2450 dpi for the Scitex Eversmart Pro
